1. About these terms
Joyful Flock is operated by TSA Systems Limited in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, joining an organisation or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you use Joyful Flock for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Access to an organisation is also governed by that organisation’s invitations, approvals, roles and internal rules.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Joyful Flock unlawfully; impersonate or harass others; upload harmful, infringing or malicious material; attempt to bypass security or access controls; scrape the service; interfere with its operation; or use it to send spam. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, display, transmit, resize and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Joyful Flock. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including information or images concerning other people.
5. Organisation responsibilities
Organisation owners and authorised managers are responsible for membership decisions, permissions, celebration information they add, moderation and their organisation’s lawful use of personal information. They must respect member choices and only grant administrative access where appropriate.
6. Communications
We may send service communications needed for account security and operation. Optional email, SMS, WhatsApp and push messages depend on availability, organisation configuration and your preferences. Delivery is not guaranteed and Joyful Flock must not be used as an emergency communication service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. We may update features, apps and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Joyful Flock or request account deletion at any time. We or an organisation administrator may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, harmful activity or breach of these Terms. We will act proportionately where circumstances allow.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Joyful Flock is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party conduct, indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
