Be kind and respectful
Treat people with dignity. Do not bully, threaten, shame, stalk or harass anyone. Disagreement is allowed; personal attacks, degrading language and targeted intimidation are not.
Keep people safe
Do not promote violence, self-harm, exploitation or dangerous conduct. Never share sexual content involving minors, groom a child, or use Joyful Flock to facilitate abuse. Contact emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Respect privacy and consent
Only share personal information, celebration dates, photographs, videos and private messages when you have authority or consent. Do not publish passwords, financial information, private addresses or other sensitive details. Take particular care with information about children.
Share authentic, lawful content
Do not impersonate others, deceive members, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute illegal material or deliberately spread harmful falsehoods. Credit creators and obtain permission before reusing their work.
No spam or harmful technology
Do not send unsolicited promotions, manipulate engagement, scrape member information, upload malware, attempt phishing, probe security controls or interfere with Joyful Flock or another person’s device or account.
Use community leadership responsibly
Owners and managers should apply rules fairly, limit access to those who need it, protect member information and explain moderation decisions where appropriate. Administrative access must never be used to intimidate, retaliate or access information without a legitimate community purpose.
Reporting and enforcement
Report concerning content to an organisation administrator or email support@joyfulflock.com. Include the organisation name, relevant person or content and enough detail to investigate; do not send your password.
Depending on severity and context, action may include a warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, removal from an organisation, account termination or referral to relevant authorities. We may preserve information needed to investigate serious safety or legal concerns.
