Our zero-tolerance standard
Users must not use Joyful Flock to sexually exploit, abuse, groom, solicit or endanger a child.
This prohibition includes grooming for sexual purposes, sextortion, trafficking, requesting or distributing sexual images of minors, and creating, uploading, sharing or distributing CSAM. It also covers computer-generated or AI-generated material involving the sexual exploitation of children.
Reporting child-safety concerns
Joyful Flock provides in-app tools for reporting members, posts, comments and messages. Reports involving child-safety concerns may be marked urgent and are made available to workspace administrators for review.
You can also report a concern directly to our child-safety team at safety@joyfulflock.com. Include the workspace name and enough information to identify the relevant account or content. Do not download, copy or forward suspected CSAM in order to make a report.
How we respond
When Joyful Flock becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may immediately restrict access to the relevant content or account, preserve information where legally appropriate, investigate the report, and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Joyful Flock cooperates with appropriate authorities where required and maintains processes for responding to child-safety concerns.
